RETURNS AND REFUNDS

GENERAL POLICY
You may return most unopened items purchased from us within 20 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, with the following execptions:

  • Special orders from a manufacture not regularly stocked
  • Gift Certificates
  • Items not in orginal unopened carton.

GIFT RETURNS
Most gifts can be exchanged or returned except within 30 days of receipt except the following:

CANCELLING ORDERS
If you wish to cancel an order call or e-mail your request. We will do everything possible to stop an order. Please understand that their maybe times when special orders have already been shipped. You may refuse delivery or return the package when it arrives. Please remember that some Special Vendor Orders are non- returnable.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

WRONG OR MISSING ITEMS
